Bio
Johann studied law at Georg August University of Göttingen and Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf.
He holds an LL.M. degree (cum laude) in “European Competition Law & Regulation” from the University of Amsterdam.
After he completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf (Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf) with placements at, among others, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Clifford Chance, Johann worked as an Associate at Taylor Wessing, advising national and international clients on all matters of German and European competition law. Since 2026, Johann Henke is an Associate at MARCK Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
Johann Henke is a member of the German Association of Antitrust Lawyers (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V.)
